Two password modes:

  • Single password: Set one password for all PDFs in the batch. Useful when distributing to a team with a shared password.
  • Per-recipient password: Map a spreadsheet column as the password source. Each PDF gets a unique password from the corresponding row. Useful for individual delivery (e.g., each parent gets a different password for their child's report card).
